Minimum Price. We have a minimum price of $8 set to avoid credit card fraud, if you would like a manual quote generated for your order you can use the contact portal and request a quote there.

Quotes. Prices are automatically estimated from your uploaded model and may be revised if the model requires repair, supports, or manual review. The order will have a supplement invoice generated and held until payment is made. Quotes are valid for 14 days.

Custom, made-to-order items. Prints are produced specifically for you. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded except where the item is defective or differs materially from what was ordered.

Your files and intellectual property. You confirm you own or are licensed to reproduce the uploaded model, and you grant us permission to print it to fulfill your order. You agree to indemnify us against third-party intellectual-property claims. We do not sell or share your files and delete them after 30 days.

Print quality. FDM prints show visible layer lines and minor surface variation inherent to the process; these are not defects. We may contact you about models with thin walls, non-manifold geometry, or features unsuitable for printing.

Lead times. Any time frames provided are estimates, not guarantees. Custom printing can take extra time.

Liability. Parts are supplied for general or prototype use and are not warranted as fit for any specific purpose unless agreed in writing. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
