Laser Bear Industries – Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Laser Bear Industries. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

2. Return Authorization

To start a return, contact us at support@laserbear.net with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your item. Returns without authorization may be refused.

3. Return Shipping & Processing Fees

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs.

• Change-of-mind or non-defective returns: You are responsible for return shipping.

• Original shipping charges and a processing fee (if applicable) are non-refundable.

• A restocking fee of 10% may apply to opened, incomplete, or non-resalable items.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method. Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email support@laserbear.net with your order number and photos (if applicable).

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Custom or personalized products

• Gift cards

• Digital downloads

• Items marked “Final Sale”

7. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your item is damaged in transit or goes missing, notify us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery. We will evaluate the issue and offer a resolution, including replacement, refund, or store credit.

8. International Orders (EU/UK Customers)

If you are in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel and return your order starting from the day you receive it. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. A full refund will be issued upon receipt of returned goods in original condition.
