We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This includes errors in product pricing, descriptions, or availability. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted.

3. Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon shipment of the product. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details. Returns must meet the conditions outlined therein. Certain items may be non-refundable or subject to a restocking fee.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Laser Bear Industries regarding your use of the site.

14. Unsolicited Proposals & Communications

We do not accept unsolicited commercial proposals or marketing outreach, including but not limited to SEO, advertising, or development services. By sending any such proposal to any Laser Bear Industries email address, the sender agrees to a non-refundable administrative review fee of $300 USD per message, due upon delivery.

Continued outreach after a written notice to cease will be considered a violation of these Terms and may be pursued under applicable anti-spam laws.

15. Customer Reviews

Customer reviews can be removed at the discretion of Laser Bear, typically this is done due to: foul language, use of defamatory or harassing content, complaints about shipping, review bombing done to discredit the company or its products. Review removal is not limited to these factors. 

16. Rewards Program

The rewards program is opt in and must be signed up for in advanced of any orders to qualify for reward points. Points are awarded based order value, and can be redeemed for discount codes in the rewards pop out window. Laser Bear reserves the right to discontinue this program without notice any unused points will be lost.
