Voultar did some research into getting rid of the Jailbars the come from installing a NESRGB in an AV Famicom, here are his findings.
This is all completely optional unless you want an absolute 100% jailbar free output.
Step 1: Remove multi-out and multi-out panel.
Step 2: Using a drill, carefully drill out the 2 ground via's, you don't have to go all the way through, just remove the anular ring from the surface so that the the 2 pins of the multi-out will be isolated from the grounds and not connected.
Step 3: Repeat this procedure on the top layer. Again, you don't have to go all the way through, just remove the surface connection. Test for ground connection with a multi-meter to verify you've isolated the multi-out form the ground pour on the AV Famicom's mainboard
Step 4: Reinstall the multi-out paying mind to not add solder to the 2 ground pins of the multi-out as they not longer connect to the mainboard. Reinstall the multi-out panel.
Step 5: Install the AV Famicom QSB. All done
